How do I care for my polymer clay art?
- Please do not place your polymer clay art near a sunny window or near an area where there would be constant heat.
- If dust, lint, or dirt were to get on your polymer clay art use a baby wipe or 100% acetone to gently wipe excluding any painted areas.
Do you offer custom orders?
- At this time Wonderfully Chosen does not offer custom orders, but will do so in the near future.
Do you offer wholesale?
- Wholesale is only available on non floral items, such as jewelry dishes.
When will my order ship?
- Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days, Monday- Friday. Excluding Holidays.
- Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes international shipping is available to most countries.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
- If your order has been lost during transit please notify us by email shopwonderfullychosen@gmail.com
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Wonderfully Chosen immediately shopwonderfullychosen@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is your return policy?
- Due to the nature of Wonderfully Chosen's polymer clay art and simply because it is hand crafted, all sales are final.
