How do I care for my polymer clay earrings and/or art?

  • Please do not place your polymer clay earrings and/ or art near a sunny window or near an area where there would be constant heat.
  • Please refrain from getting earrings or art wet. 
  • If dust, lint, or dirt were to get on your polymer clay earrings; use a baby wipe, a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol or 100% acetone to gently wipe excluding any painted areas.

Are polymer clay earrings heavy? 

  • No, actually polymer clay earrings are very light weight and will not tug on your ears.

Do you offer custom orders?

  • At this time Wonderfully Chosen does not offer custom design orders, but will do so in the near future.

Do you offer wholesale?

  • At this time Wonderfully Chosen does not offer wholesale. However, bulk ordering is available on certain items for weddings, events, special occasions etc. Contact: shopwonderfullychosen@gmail.com 

When will my order ship?

  • Wonderfully Chosen is committed to processing orders promptly. Once an order is received, orders are processed, carefully packaged up, prayed over and shipped out to you within 1-3 business days, Monday- Friday. Excluding Holidays.
  • Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Wonderfully Chosen does not ship internationally at this time, but will do so in the near future. Sign up for emails to be notified when we do!

What if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged?

  • Wonderfully Chosen is not responsible for delayed packages. While Wonderfully Chosen gives an estimate of your expected delivery timing, please keep in mind that once your order leaves Wonderfully Chosen's studio, the speed as to when your package will arrive is out of the control of Wonderfully Chosen. Please contact the shipping carrier.
  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and ownership transfers to the customer. Due to this Wonderfully Chosen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.  Check with household members and neighbors to see if they received your package. You could also check in places outside and around your home.
  • If your package comes up lost/missing, file a claim with the carrier. If you need help with reaching out to the carrier, Wonderfully Chosen is happy to assist. Contact shopwonderfullychosen@gmail.com
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Wonderfully Chosen immediately at shopwonderfullychosen@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What is your return policy?

  • Wonderfully Chosen's passion for creating graceful polymer clay earrings and art is evident in every artisanal pair of earrings and art piece. Much thought, care, and time are put into each meticulously crafted wonderful creation. Refunds and returns are not offered. All sales are final.
