Shipping policy

Wonderfully Chosen is committed to processing orders promptly. Please confirm your address is correct before submitting your order. Once an order is received, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. (Excluding Holidays and weekends.) Once a shipping label has been printed, you should receive an email with tracking.  your order should be delivered within 3-5 business days based on location. Wonderfully Chosen is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages that may occur with a carrier. If a carrier marks a package as "delivered", please reach out to the carrier to settle a claim or track the package. You should also check with household members and neighbors to see if they have received your package. Be sure to check in places outside and around your home. If an item in your package arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact Wonderfully Chosen immediately at shopwonderfullychosen@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
